Who are we?

We are smart phone and mobile device repair technicians who are enthusiastic about serving the needs of our customers. All our technicians have extensive smart phone and mobile device reparation experience.

What is the benefit of using your phone repair services?

Flexibility. Perhaps you don’t want to travel to our store and struggle finding parking. Maybe you don’t want to take the MTA on a hot day. For all one knows you may not want to be separated from your device for hours. We can alleviate the pain of conventional device repair process, all while ensuring your data is kept private and secure. Our online portal is easy to use, and our service is affordable for all budgets.

Do you provide a warranty on repairs?

Yes! All our parts and services come with a 6-month warranty. Read more about our warranty.

How long will it take you to repair my phone?

Same day if you come in the store! As for us coming to you we aim to provide a same-day repair meeting, scheduling ultimately depends on both your availability and ours. We schedule based on your preferred location and timing as well as our techs availability.

I work long hours and might not make it to you before you close, can you come to me?

Yes! We can gladly meet you at your workplace, home, gym or even a nearby cafe! We will fix the device in front of you and most repairs are completed within 30 – 45 minutes.

How do I set up a repair?

Please use this link to start the repair process. Simply choose your device type, describe the issue you are having with your device and then you have the option to come to either one of our two locations in Brooklyn.

If you can’t come to us, you have the option of having us come to you. If you want us to come to you, we will then email you to set up a repair meeting with one of our techs at a convenient time and location of your choice.

Will the technician contact me with an ETA?

Of course! They will call or text you based on your selected preference when they are on the way!

What’s the difference between Generic & Premium screen replacement?

Generic means that it’s the exact same type of part that your phone came with, when you first bought it from the manufacturer, except it is made by a third-party company. A generic part is often called an aftermarket park or a non-OEM part. They are built with the same factory standards but without the certainty of having the same quality as the original part from the factory.

Premium means we will be using an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part, which will function exactly as the part you are replacing and provides a quality fit and function.
